What can you expect?

• Your location will be added to the Seats2meet.com website
• Your workspaces will be included in the S2M Workspace Iphone app.
• Software support (i.e. reservation software training, contact with the software developers)
• Community support (via a business coach, online workshops/seminars and more!)
• S2MI has deliberately chosen a form of cooperation based on 'added value'. Obtaining an Inspired by or trademark license entails no entry and/or startup fees. S2MI International shares in your turnover once you start generating turnover!
• Approximately one year after obtaining the license, an evaluation will take place. During this evaluation we will focus on whether your business is in line with our vision,the reviews of the community, as wel as whether you adhere to the expectations set by Seats2meet.com International. S2MI upholds the right to terminate the license on the basis of this evaluation.

What do we expect?

• Actively participate in the on- and offline S2M community. Competitors don't exist, you work together with other Seats2meet.com locations.
• All (inspired by) S2M and Workspace locations within a region are expected to use the regional hashtag in their communication via Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, MINDZ.com, Flickr, etc.This will help enhance the regional community and thereby strengthen your own community. By bringing the content from separate locations together, you will collaborately build a stronger community. For example, all locations in the region Amersfoort (The Netherlands) are expected to use #S2M033.
• Offer free access to WiFi
• Social Currency is just as valuable as financial currency. Offer a minimum of 20% of total seats (Meetingspace and Workspace Seats) free of charge (in exchange for social capital) as S2M Workspaces. This condition ceases when your total number of available seats is more than 200. In this case a minimum of 40 work spaces is sufficient.
• Correct use of the Inspired by S2M Logo and brand name
• Seats2meet.com International charges a fee of € 2.00 per seat for seat reservations in your meeting spaces. For reservations with a seat price of €0.00, S2MI will not charge a fee. View the S2M Pricing table here.
• If Licensee chooses to operate an independent webpage in addition to the location page provided by S2M, Licensee will incorporate key features (including the booking widget and reviews) signifying the partnership with S2M. This means that the Inspired by S2M logo should be visible on the website, as well as the booking widget (provided by S2M), the reviews given by the community regarding your location and social media (i.e. Twitter results (#S2M)).

General remarks

• S2M International is and will always hold and own the brands 'Seats2meet.com' and 'S2M' (including brand names or marks in combination with any addition(s)).
• The basis of any form of collaboration with Seats2meet.com is the Software License Agreement. In the case of Seats2meet.com Workspace, the location/submitting party agrees to the terms of agreement during the registration process. If you wish to use the brand name or associated marks of Seats2meet.com/S2M the additional Trademark License B must be obtained.
• The Trademark License Agreement is valid for six (6) months. If the location is not made available through the online Seats2meet.com reservation system within one (1) year, the contract will automatically become void.
